About
East Timor isn’t as widely known a coffee region as the big hitters like Brazil or Colombia, but its organic coffees are exceptional and unique. Coming from smallholder farmers working by hand on rugged mountain slopes, these coffees have a distinctive depth, with gentle acidity, herbal and spicy notes, and a velvety texture.
About Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters
Glen Lyon Coffee Roasters is a B‑Corp certified speciality coffee roaster founded in 2011 in Highland Perthshire and now based in Aberfeldy. They roast small batches on-site, supply 150+ UK cafes and run a roastery café open weekdays. They prioritise traceable, ethically produced coffee, direct trade and local community and environmental initiatives.
