Waghi Valley in the Jiwaka province is the heart of Papua New Guinea's coffee cultivation. The coffee is processed using the wet method and classified as Grade A. The beans develop a rich density due to the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and cool highland climate. Dark roasting brings out deep, rich tones with a silky, full body and flavors of dark chocolate and roasted hazelnut.
