Waghi Valley in Jiwaka province is the heart of Papua New Guinea's coffee cultivation. The coffee is processed using the wet method and classified as Grade A. In the nutrient-rich volcanic soil and cool highland climate, the Arabica varieties mature slowly, giving the beans the density characteristic of Papua New Guinea's best coffees. The dark roast reveals deep, rich tones.
