Caffè Italia Roastery is a young artisanal roaster located north of Rome in Fiano Romano. The team merges advanced roasting equipment with deep knowledge and passion to produce small-batch coffee. Using a S.T.A. Futura K30 micro-roaster, founder and roaster Miconi has built a reputation for quality. He ranked first in the Italian Roasting Championship in 2014 and later became a finalist in the Italian Cup Tasting Championship, showcasing dedication to the craft.
