The Colombia coffee selected by Caffè Italia is the best Arabica from this country, a high-altitude coffee over 1300m, with a refined taste for discerning palates, unmistakable for its body and aroma. Floral aromas stand out, with hints of honey and beeswax, and cereal notes that release hints of toasted bread and cookies. The attentive will also catch a spicy touch: pepper, nutmeg, cloves, as well as tea, licorice, and tobacco.
