Caruso is primarily composed of the best Indian and African Robusta, providing a persistent aroma and a golden, dense crema in the cup. The body and slight bitterness prevail over sweetness and acidity, while the presence of Colombian Arabica adds a slight acidity and liveliness to the flavor of this blend.
