From Finca Santa Mónica, this microlot is 100% Castillo, grown and processed by Jairo Arcila. The Natural EF2 process intensifies sweetness while preserving fruit clarity. In the cup, it’s juicy and expressive, with bright bursts of strawberry, apricot sweetness, and a citrusy lift of blood orange.

Brown Nose Coffee (founded 2019) is an Egyptian specialty coffee roaster that sources high-quality beans, roasts them in-house at a converted warehouse, and sells retail bags, espresso drinks and wholesale. They operate espresso bars inside Dara’s Ice Cream branches and a cafe at Uptown Cairo, plus an online shop.
