About
This fruit-packed microlot from Jairo Arcila brings Castillo into a whole new flavor world. Exposed to a 72-hour dry anaerobic fermentation with grapes, cherries, and blackberries, it infuses the coffee with juicy, berry-forward character. The result is a radiant, fruit-laced cup with notes of berries, floral aromatics, and a hint of orange peel.
