This microlot is 100% Castillo, a variety developed by Colombia’s Federación Nacional de Cafeteros to thrive in local conditions while delivering clean, sweet cups. The result? A lively cup with notes of green apple and lemon pie—zesty, sweet, and full of citrusy charm.

Brown Nose Coffee (founded 2019) is an Egyptian specialty coffee roaster that sources high-quality beans, roasts them in-house at a converted warehouse, and sells retail bags, espresso drinks and wholesale. They operate espresso bars inside Dara’s Ice Cream branches and a cafe at Uptown Cairo, plus an online shop.
