About
Sitting at 1,760 meters above sea level in Burundi’s northern Kayanza province, the Bwayi washing station collects coffee cherries from over 1,400 small-scale producers across 29 hills. It's a coffee that’s both delicate and expressive, with notes of blood orange and dried fruit. The texture is round and creamy, lifted by a juicy, vibrant acidity.
