The name of this coffee, Buesaco Jardines, means 'Gardens of Buesaco,' a nod to the lush gardens surrounding the small coffee farms in this municipality perched in the Andes mountain range. It’s a delicate coffee with notes of citrus and apple, supported by a marmalade and compote like sweetness. A must-try as a filter brew, it’s truly excellent!
