About Tin Man Coffee Roasters
Tin Man Coffee Roasters began in 2014 when barista and cafe owner Ben Stronach started roasting behind his Queensberry Pour House cafe. His goal was to provide coffee with heart, working with good people and roasting with care. The community built at the Pour House inspired Tin Man to continue roasting even after the cafe closed in 2020. The roastery has moved to a new home in Coburg North, where they sell beans and share stories through the cup.
