The humble Castillo has had a glow up! Grown high in Cauca and brought to life through Wilton’s meticulous processing, this lot showcases just how expressive Castillo can be in the right hands. Expect a cup that opens with milk chocolate and sugarcane sweetness, layered with bright tropical feijoa. It’s both comforting and familiar, and delightfully surprising.
