Floral and syrupy, tasting like chamomile, sweet lime and macadamia. Lingering ripe pear in the aftertaste. Cherries are harvested at peak ripeness and undergo a 50-hour anaerobic fermentation. After de-pulping, coffee undergoes a 38-hour dry fermentation and dries for 20 to 25 days under sunlight.

Swerl Coffee Roasters, a micro roastery based in Falkenberg, Sweden, focuses on vibrant and seasonal coffees. Founded in 2018 by sommelier Beatriz and aircraft technician Daniel, they roast small batches inspired by their journey through New Zealand and beyond.
