Ombligón is a rare coffee from Yesid at Finca Villa María, known for its sweet, vibrant, and complex profile. It features notes of sweet cherry, red fruits, and chocolate soufflé, and is a washed honey and panela co-fermented coffee. This unique variety is believed to be a natural mutation, possibly linked to Ethiopian landraces.
