Sumo Coffee Roasters is a Dublin, Ireland–based specialty roaster founded in 2020 by World Cup Tasters Champion Daniel Horbat and his partner Alexandra. The Romanian duo aims to create a transparent, ethical coffee business that highlights producers, celebrates culture and pays farmers fairly while roasting vibrant coffees.
