This Tabi variety, grown at 1750 masl, is processed with care to maintain its clean and juicy profile, featuring notes of red grapes and jasmine. Jhoan Vergara, a third-generation producer, has transformed the farm into a specialty coffee operation, emphasizing quality and sustainability.
