About Stitch Coffee
Nawar Adra discovered coffee roasting while working as a barista at Circa Espresso and realised the artistry of blending single origins. In 2015 he opened Stitch Coffee’s roastery to showcase how weaving origins can create balanced, complex cups and connect people across the coffee journey. Stitch ethically sources beans from around the world, supports farmers and upskills its wholesale partners through coaching-style relationships. The team celebrates diversity and inclusivity, focuses on sustainability and is known for bold, fun packaging. Stitch operates cafes in Broadway Sydney and the Queen Victoria Building where customers can enjoy its unique blends and single-origin offerings.
