We love Gaithaithi Coffee Factory for its expert production of lots that showcase the best that washed processing and Nyeri county has to offer. The size of these AA beans is testament to the region’s fecund, volcanic soils and cool rainfall, while an overnight fermentation and 7–15 day sundrying journey seals in the lot’s sugary notes of raspberry, caramel, and crisp apple.
