The perfect culmination of science and nature in one coffee. Introducing a geisha of resounding cup quality from Inmaculada farm. Harvested cherries were carefully sorted before sun-drying until 50% moisture content was achieved. The temperature-controlled greenhouse then comes into play, where solar-powered heat peaks at 35%, resulting in a pleasingly complex cup abundant in floral, berry, and fruity flavours.
