Our first time working with Neftalí Fajardo of Finca La Estrella, this coffee is intensely sweet, complex and has a mouthwatering acidity. In the cup, we taste juicy tangerines with the sweetness of strawberry ice cream. This coffee is intensely floral and has a silky mouthfeel that reminds us of citric white chocolate.
