Co‑founders Natasha and Kyle left their previous occupations to build September Coffee, a micro roastery in Canada’s capital. Their mission is to work with small producers and farmers and roast coffees that express bright, sweet and clean profiles. September seeks to highlight the terroir, processing methods and varieties of the coffees they love, sharing these with the community through their rotating menu and retail offerings.
