This Sudan Rume lot was introduced to us by our good friend Eyder Martinez and produced by Alex Bermudez at El Paraiso. This coffee is traditionally washed, resulting in a delicate, tea-like expression of a unique variety. In the cup we taste sparkling mandarin, black tea, and sweet graham crackers. This coffee has a round body and a floral finish.

They roast light, bright, and sweet profiles on a Loring S15 Falcon and operate a small Studio micro-cafe at their roasting site.
