This is a stellar coffee from our friend and award winning producer Pepe Jijon. Our fifth harvest working with Pepe Jijón and Finca Soledad, we continually love the excellence of his work and the unique, sweet profiles of his coffees. This coffee, his Ty-Oxy Typica Mejorado from Finca Soledad, has intense sweetness and reminds us of our most memorable Kenyan coffees.

September Coffee is a micro-roastery based in Ottawa, Canada, focused on highlighting sweet, bright and interesting single-origin coffees through direct relationships with small producers and select importers. They roast light, bright, and sweet profiles on a Loring S15 Falcon and operate a small Studio micro-cafe at their roasting site.
