This field blend is a combination of Pink Bourbon, Colombia, Castillo, and Geisha varietals, resulting in a complex yet balanced profile. In the cup we taste ripe cherry, grapefruit, pink Starbursts, key lime, and bright tangerines. This coffee has a balanced acidity with a silky mouthfeel and long citric finish.
