The Hamasho washing station works with over 600 farmers who primarily grow the 74158 variety. The cherries ripen slowly and are very small and dense, leading to complex cups that are a real treat to roast. This lot is fruit forward with notes of blueberry, lychee, and florals, while remaining clean and articulate.
