Yeni Anacona and her partner manage a 5.5 hectare farm, El Triunfo, growing pink bourbon. They pick cherries at peak ripeness and ferment them for 48 hours before processing. Their journey into specialty coffee began in 2017, leading to improved market access through the Monkaaba project, which supports smallholder producers.
