About Rose Coffee Roasters
Rose Coffee Roasters was founded in Zurich in 2022 (Originally with Frederic Brunner) with one clear intention: to roast coffee that makes you stop, think, and taste. Behind Rose is Matt Winton, 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion... Since starting roasting in 2022, we have come back again with a new design, philosophy and new friends along the way. Originally founded by 2021 World Brewers Cup Champion, Matt Winton... We roast to order out of Zurich, Switzerland. We would say we roast a "Light" style of development, where we focus on Sweetness and Flavour. We work closely with producers who share our appetite for quality and innovation. Collective Bakery, and ROOTS have been constant local allies, serving our coffees daily and keeping us connected to community through their several locations in Zurich.
