This coffee is a classic Panama Catuai, known for its sweetness and flavor clarity. Hand-picked cherries are dried slowly on raised beds, enhancing the fruit-forward sweetness without overwhelming the varietal's expression. Extensive sorting was done to reduce chocolatey and nutty notes, bringing out the brighter fruity expression.
