This Pacamara coffee features a vivid, fruit-saturated expression with deep notes of blueberry, purple grape, and strawberry. The cherries are hand-selected and undergo a controlled anaerobic fermentation, enhancing sweetness and fruitiness while minimizing fermentation notes.
