Quickborn Roastery, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a specialty coffee roaster and mobile horsebox bar founded by barista Tomáš and bartender Petru. They roast quality beans and serve specialty coffee and cocktails at events, weddings and festivals across the region.
About Quickborn Roastery
Quickborn began in a tool shed where the founders experimented with a tiny coffee roaster and began offering their own coffee at events. Inspired to share their passion more widely, they converted a horse trailer into a mobile coffee bar and started attending weddings, corporate events and festivals. The team consists of barista Tomáš and bartender Petru, who travel with the horsebox serving speciality coffee and fresh cocktails. They continue to roast and source high-quality coffees while bringing their unique coffee-and-cocktails experience to various venues.
