The Karii processing station works with approximately 600 smallholder farmers and uses water from the Rundu River for coffee processing. The cherries are hand-sorted, depulped, fermented, washed, and dried on African raised beds. This meticulous process ensures a high-quality coffee with a flavor profile of blackberries, apple, and red wine.

Quickborn Roastery, based in Bratislava, Slovakia, is a specialty coffee roaster and mobile horsebox bar founded by barista Tomáš and bartender Petru. They roast quality beans and serve specialty coffee and cocktails at events, weddings and festivals across the region.
