This coffee comes from Costa Rica, known for its special qualities and beautiful plantations, particularly the Tarrazú region. The cherries are cultivated at an altitude of 1600-1750 m. The unique flavors arise during anaerobic fermentation in closed tanks, resulting in a coffee with exceptional aroma and mouthfeel. Ideal for filter preparation.
