Public Coffee Roasters

Public Coffee Roasters began in 2012 when founder Argin and friends started selling coffee at pop ups and markets. Their passion soon evolved into a family run company with its own roastery on the banks of the Elbe in Hamburg, where a young team roasts a handful of filter coffees and espresso blends every day. The roastery focuses on fair‭trade relationships, excellent bean quality and gentle roasting to bring out each coffee’s unique character. Public Coffee Roasters has grown into a small network of stylish cafés in Hamburg—at Wexstraße, Goldbekplatz and other neighbourhoods—sharing their love of specialty coffee with a wider audience.
