The coffees from Finca El Paraíso by Diego Samuel Bermúdez have been part of the public assortment for some time, and we look forward to the new harvests each year. The farm is located in Piendamó, Colombia. The family business is dedicated to the extravagant in the coffee scene, seeking the extraordinary while maintaining consistently fantastic qualities. Diego and his team use innovative technologies, particularly anaerobic co-fermentation in tanks and uniform drying cycles, to bring excellent aromas to the cup.

Public Coffee Roasters is a Hamburg-based specialty coffee company founded by Argin and friends, now a family business. They roast ethically traded beans from around the world at their roastery on the Elbe, emphasizing quality and gentle, individual roasting, and operate several stylish cafés across Hamburg.
