PT's Coffee Roasting Co., founded in Topeka in 1993, is an award-winning Kansas specialty coffee roaster known for pioneering Direct Trade. They source ethically and roast dozens of single-origin coffees and signature blends to order for retail, wholesale and three café locations across Kansas and Kansas City.

PT's was founded in 1993 in Topeka, Kansas by Jeff Taylor and Fred Polzin out of a desire for an excellent cup of coffee. The roaster emphasizes Direct Trade sourcing—nearly 80% of coffee is acquired through that program—and partners with socially responsible, environmentally conscious producers. PT's roasts dozens of single-origin coffees and signature blends to order five days a week for retail locations, wholesale clients, and online customers. The company describes itself as a group of explorers committed to sourcing, roasting, and drinking the best coffees in the world.
