This AA lot was produced by numerous smallholder members of the Gititu Farmers Cooperative Society, delivering to Gititu Coffee Factory for processing. The factory is located near Gitunduri, in Kenya’s Kiambu County. Gititu means 'big forest' in Kikuyu. Smallholders form the backbone of Kenya’s coffee industry, producing the majority of the country’s coffee.
