This lot produced by Swiss Water Process combines coffees from two Peruvian co-ops, Unicafec and Norandino, in the northwestern regions of Cajamarca and Piura. Aromas of walnut brownie, cherry, and graham cracker introduce this smooth decaf. Notes of toasted almond and cherry are lifted by brownie sweetness and mellow acidity, with bittersweet cocoa powder lingering in the finish.
