About
Tropical Silk is our second coffee from Finca San Antonio, and it's a beauty. This anaerobic-washed gesha is a lovely coffee with juicy, ripe flavors of pineapple and berry wine. After picking, the whole cherries were fermented intact for 24 hours, then dry-pulped and fermented anaerobically for 80 hours before drying in parabolic beds for 20 - 22 days.
