About
El Romerillo is a beautiful gesha from farmer Juan Manchay, featuring ripe cherry and honey flavors with a lovely floral note. This coffee was fermented for 48 hours, pulped, fermented again for 24 hours, and then washed, dried for 14-21 days. Harvested in September and landed in December.
