This is the green, unroasted version of our Shipago Geisha. This lovely new geisha tastes of apricot, pineapple, and berries. The farm Shipago has approximately 20 hectares of land dedicated to growing geisha, bourbon, catuaí, catimor, and pacamara.
About Prodigal
Prodigal Coffee is a Boulder, Colorado–based roaster founded in 2021 by coffee veteran Scott Rao and chef‑turned‑roaster Mark Benedetto. They specialise in lightly roasted, fruit‑forward coffees and maintain rigorous quality control, sourcing high‑quality beans and offering subscription‑only releases without a public café.
