This lovely new geisha tastes of apricot, pineapple, and berries. The farm Shipago has approximately 20 hectares of land dedicated to growing geisha, bourbon, catuaí, catimor, and pacamara. This coffee was first fermented in cherry for 24 hours, then pulped and fermented another 96 hours, resulting in an incredibly clean flavor.
