Pollard Coffee (Pollard Per Se) is a small-batch, family-run coffee roaster based on Vashon Island, Washington. Founded in 2012 by Robin Pollard, the self-taught roastery emphasizes agricultural roots and varietal-focused artisan roasting; it sells online and operates from a Vashon address by appointment.
