About
This coffee comes from around 850 smallholder farmers who deliver their ripe cherries to the Gigesa Washing Station in Guji. Grown between 1800 and 1950 meters above sea level, the cooler nights and moderate daytime temperatures help the cherries ripen slowly, bringing out bright, sweet, and delicate flavours that shine in the cup.
