Finca Carolina is a 6-hectare farm owned by Fausto Romo, with 3 hectares dedicated to coffee production. Fausto attributes much of his success to the Sidra variety, which thrives in his region of Ecuador. He’s deeply passionate about the flavour and aroma Sidra produces, often saying it feels perfectly suited to its environment here.

Pallet Coffee Roasters is a Vancouver-based specialty coffee roaster and café operator established in 2014 by friends including Sharif Sharifi and Shane Dehkodaei. Named after the humble wooden pallet, it roasts and serves exceptional coffee across several Vancouver locations with a focus on quality, community and craft.
