About
This lot is a blend of Timtim and Catimor varieties from Aceh Tengah, grown at about 1,700 meters above sea level. It is produced through the Kuala Bengi cooperative, using a wet hulling process typical of Sumatra. The unique processing and terroir of the Sumatran highlands produces a distinctive earthy cup, with notes of golden raisin and spicy clove, paired with a honey sweetness.
