About
The naturally processed Nicaragua from Finca Lo Prometido is grown at about 1,600 meters in the mountains of Nueva Segovia and produced by Luis Alberto Balladarez. This Paraiso variety microlot is dried in whole cherry at Luis Alberto’s mill in Ocotal, where careful processing brings out a rich sweetness, fruity aromatics, and a smooth, round body.
