This naturally processed coffee is from the Layo Taraga Washing Station, and consists of heirloom varietals that showcase the bright, distinctive profile typical of the Guji region. In this coffee, look for distinct notes of nectarine and raspberry, jasmine florality, and a lactic, yogurt-like body.
