The high altitude of this Ethiopian Arabica bean gives a sharp, citrus ‘start’ to this coffee, one that resolves to a smooth, softening-sweetness at its finish. A lighter roast, this still has enough body to be an ‘anytime’ drinker. Great drunk black, look to drink it longer than an espresso via an Aeropress or V60.
