Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters

Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters is a Kansas City, Missouri micro‑roaster and café that set out to do things differently. Founded by artist‑roaster Gregory Kolsto in 2008, it pursues excellence through coffee with a "low‑brow/high‑quality" ethos, roasting small batches and offering mind‑opening coffee experiences.

About Oddly Correct Coffee Roasters

Oddly Correct started in 2008 when artist and roaster Gregory Kolsto began roasting coffee and printing his own letterpress art on bags. The company operated as a wholesale roaster and in 2012 opened a tasting‑room style café in Kansas City, turning a former payday loan office into a space where the craft of coffee takes centre stage. Inspired by a “low‑brow/high‑quality” ethos, Oddly Correct sources ethically produced beans and roasts them in small batches. The Troost Avenue café serves rotating single‑origin coffees, cold brew and espresso drinks with minimal extras, encouraging conversation and curiosity. Their team continues to guide wholesale partners and guests toward mind‑opening coffee experiences.
